  11. I purchased a new USR SPortster 28800 VI on Saturday and had a bit of 
  12. trouble getting it working under Windows 95.  I finally got the modem to 
  13. dial out but now the darn thing hangs up all the time, sometimes after 2 
  14. minutes of connect time and the most up to 15 minutes.  Why does the 
  15. modem always hangup the phone???

  17. I have a ROM date of 08/15/95.

  19. If I get no response from USR I will just return the modem and buy a 
  20. different brand name.. Maybe a Modem Blaster 28800.

  22. Any body out there with similar problems and know what is the problem?
